Who we are
Baranga Farmstead is a private company registered, managed, and owned by owners born and raised in Mphambo village.
The farmstead is currently operating in Galaza section of Mphambo Village, in Vhembe district under Collins Chabane local municipality.
Business was started in 2015 with the aim of providing products of superior quality to the local and surrounding villages. We are currently participating in both production and supply of meat, eggs and vegetables.
The business plan to own the complete value chain from production of chicken, eggs and meat and selling to the end user within communities in which it operates. This will be achieved by setting up merchant point of sales closer to communities in which we serve.
Our goal has always been to produce for sustainability, to feed families, care for the communities and ultimately grow local economy.

We are active agents and champion of change in Limpopo. We actively grow what we know matters to our people, our communities and our country. We produce what matters when it matters.
Impactful Purpose
Our purpose lies at the heart of who we are and what we do with what we know, our founder believe that real impact starts with creating opportunities for local employment, creating supply for the already existing demand and growth for our people.
Through the partnerships we have with local business forums, community grouping, suppliers and retailers, we breed great poultry, goats and produce crops that matters to the local communities.
